Following are the terms that constitute my delivery policy.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
Orders are not sent or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I experience a large order volume, deliveries can be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days during shipment for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order I will
contact you by email.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can sometimes occur.
Due to high demand and current circumstances, the delivery time may be somewhat delayed.

Shipping Confirmation and Track Order
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been sent with your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Obligations & Taxes
I am not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order.
All fees charged during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).

I am not responsible for products that have been damaged or lost during shipping.
If you have received an order but it is damaged, please contact the delivery company to submit a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before reporting the damage.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for buying from me.
If you are not happy with your purchase, I am here to help.
I also have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the e-commerce law.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Your item must be stored in the original packaging.
Your item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

When I receive your item, I will inspect it and let you know that I have received your returned item.
I will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer's policy.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
